Common questions
Before you apply
Do I need to speak German?
Not necessarily. For most healthcare roles A2 German is sufficient, and we offer language sponsorship for matching candidates. Some technical roles accept English-only initially.
What documents do I need now?
Just your CV to start. We’ll request degree certificates, work experience proofs, and language certificates only after the first matching round.
How long until I can work in Germany?
Depending on your profile and visa pathway: typically 4–8 months from first contact to arrival in Germany. The recognition of foreign qualifications can be done in parallel to working.
Which visa pathway applies to me?
We work with all four relevant pathways: §16a (training visa), §16d (recognition employment), §18a (skilled worker with vocational training), and §20.2 (Chancenkarte). We recommend the best option after reviewing your profile.
